My name is Shane Fair. I'm a student at the University of Oregon, and I'm building Watterson Software on my own.

I started it because small businesses keep losing customers to slow response times and bad outreach. The tools to fix this already exist — they're just built for enterprises with sales teams and IT departments, not for the HVAC contractor handling five calls a day or the solo insurance agent who closes on referrals.

Watterson products are built one at a time, with care. I'm not trying to build a platform. I'm trying to build things that actually work for the kind of business owner who picks up the phone.
